**Baby, Body, And Bonding For New And Expectant Parents (formerly Postpartum 411) Come and join us for discussion, education, and fun! You will walk away feeling prepared for the first few weeks at home with your new little one. Make it a relaxing date night or afternoon outing–we provide the refreshments! We will cover topics such as:

  • What to expect at the hospital
  • Physical and emotional changes
  • Support… why it’s so important!
  • Postpartum Mood Disorders
  • All about baby: bathing, diapering, babywearing, and more

**NEW!! Birth Story Writing Class And Workshop

2 Evening Class: Monday, March 26 and Monday, April 4 7:00-9:00pm at Health Foundations in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Your story is important! Join postpartum doula, educator, and freelance writer Jen Wittes for a two-part workshop: Writing Your Birth Story.

The writer in Jen will help you produce a lasting document of your childbirth experience. The doula in Jen can help you process the emotions that come up, if need be. The first week will include instruction, drafting, and writing exercises. The second week will be a birth story sharing party! Please bring a notebook and a pen.
