Postpartum Recipe: World’s Easiest Chicken Bake

-6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

-1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian-style salad dressing


  1. To Marinate:  Pour salad dressing into a large, resealable plastic bag.  Add chicken breasts, seal bag and shake to coat.  Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.  You can marinate for as long as 24 hours.  Longer times yield bigger flavor.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. Remove chicken from bag, discarding left over marinade.  Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour, or until juices run clear, turning chicken occasionally.

This is great with pasta, as a pizza topping, or shredded cold on top of salad.  Enjoy!!!
