The first twelve weeks postpartum are the toughest and also the sweetest — you shouldn’t be worried about things like doing laundry or fixing meals. Though we are there to help for as long as needed, a postpartum doula’s greatest accomplishment is to work herself out of the job. Our ultimate goal is to help you grow stronger and more confident.

Exclusively caring for infants (up to 1 year). The Infant Caregiver is trained and experienced in infant physical, emotional, and social development. They help your baby reach developmental milestones through play, exercise, feeding, and sleep. If you need someone to solely take care of your baby, this service is for you. Sibling care may be added for an additional fee. For more extensive new parent and household care, check out our Postpartum Doula Services.

If your baby needs nighttime support, this service is for you. During the hours of 10pm and 6am our Overnight Infant Caregiver will do everything baby care. They feed, change, and soothe your baby so you can get a restful night allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready for the day. Overnight Infant Caregivers require a sleep/rest space and access to baby monitor.
