Happy summer, friends! This one is simple. Peal back the husks, remove the silk, brush with this tasty sauce, and roast on the grill or in the oven. Voila. Super fresh take on a back deck classic. Sauce covers 8 cobs of corn.
The Sauce:
- -8 tablespoons melted butter
- -½ cup fresh lime juice
- -2 tsp. garlic salt
- -2 tsp. ground black pepper
- -½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- -½ tsp. chili powder
- -½ tsp. onion powder
