Marinade :
Soak pieces unskewered for a minimum of 1 hour, maximum of 24…
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup sesame oil (olive will do)
- whatever juice you can reserve from the pineapple you use…
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
The Goods:
Of course you can get creative here, but I like to use…
- pineapple chunks
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts or lean sirloin—cubed
- whole button mushrooms
- red onion, thick slices
- red bell pepper
Slide on to your skewers. I like the ones that twist.
