Here’s what a mama from Chanhassen has to say about the newest member of the WBC team:

I just wanted to say how fantastic Luisa is!  Friday, we worked on soothing techniques and breastfeeding and were able to nurse without the nipple shield!!!  (which was a big deal).  Also, Luisa just helped reinforce my confidence in what I was doing.  It was so great to have someone so knowledgeable but also understanding and reassuring to talk to and ask questions and for advice.  She’s amazing!  I’ve been so much more relaxed and confident about what I’m doing with Olivia since Louisa’s visit, which makes the sleep deprivation and normal new born stress manageable J.  Thank you so much for such an awesome service you provide!
