Who says it’s all about soy sauce and snow peas? Try this Med twist on the classic stir-fry. Serve over orzo!
Sautee until thoroughly cooked:
- -12 oz. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- -1 can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- -1 cup whole grape tomatoes
- -1 red bell pepper, sliced
- -½ large yellow onion, sliced
- -1 cup sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- -½ cup green olives
- -1 tsp. oregano
- -1 tsp. basil
- –1 tsp. garlic salt
